Fish story- round 2: You've probably seen the drawing of a series of fish, each progressively larger, ready to swallow the smaller fish in from them. Here's the vinous equivalent. The Longridge Vineyard in Hawke's Bay was part of Corbans. Corbans, number 2 in size, was bought by Montana, number one in size, and finally Montana was bought by Allied-Domecq, a European multi-national beverage and whatever empire.
